Student project selected for exhibition at Fabbrica del Vapore in Milan

π‘΄π’šπ‘Άπ’„π’†π’‚π’π‘¬π’šπ’† created by IT Product Development students Mads Kristian Steen Vejrup, Magnus Frisk, and Oliver Due Nielsen, has been selected for exhibition at the design fair Fabbrica del Vapore in Milan from April 4-17.

π–π‘πšπ­ 𝐒𝐬 πŒπ²πŽπœπžπšπ§π„π²πž? It’s a DIY floating camera that captures underwater images and live streams them to your phone. Using AI, it can automatically identify marine life and ocean debrisβ€”allowing users to contribute valuable data for ocean research and conservation. 𝐖𝐑𝐲 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐒𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫? In collaboration with SΓΈvΓ¦rnet’s HavmiljΓΈvogterne campaign, MyOceanEye is designed to inspire curiosity about the ocean and promote environmental awareness. It’s simple, affordable design makes it perfect for schools, families, and citizen science projects.
