Food
Lunch and dinner at No.16 on October 8 will be included in the event. Please have your breakfast before the event, as there will only be coffee/tea and fruits in the morning. If you have any intolerances, please email Sofia Rasmussen.

Reimbursements
For this workshop, there has been dedicated funds to reimburse expenses for EU cost members. To apply for reimbursement of your expenses to travel and accomodation please indicate this in the registration form. Those who will get selected for reimbursements will be contacted directed by the EU COST Network (https://e-services.cost.eu/). Please note the deadline for applying for funding was September 9.
Travel
All participants are themselves responsible for their travel arrangements to the workshop. Speakers will have their expenses for travel reimbursed after the event. Sofia Rasmussen will distribute information regarding reimbursements to all speakers, once the schedule has been completed. Talks
The meeting will consists of a number of more general introductory talks and a number of shorter talks for each working group. Most talks will be by invitation, but if you would like to participate, please send an e-mail to Bas Spitters no later than September 9. Find abstracts from all the talks here.
Pen and paper
Event organizers will supply pens and paper for all participants.
Venue
The workshop will be at Aarhus University in the Aarhus Institute of Advanced Studies (AIAS) Auditorium, Building 1630-1632. Adsress: Høegh-Guldbergs Gade 6B, 8000 Aarhus. More info here.
