Abstract: Secure Multiparty Computation (MPC) is a cryptographic technique which allows mutually distrusting parties to compute joint functions of their inputs while preserving important security properties such as the privacy of their inputs and the correctness of the results, even in the presence of a majority of dishonest parties.
In this talk I will survey some of my work in MPC which contributed to making MPC a technology that can be used in practice. Moreover, I will show how results in MPC have had applications in other areas of cryptography, such as Zero-Knowledge Proofs, Post-Quantum Cryptography, and Threshold Cryptography
