A group of rooms for summer school participants have been reserved and special rates negotiated at the following hotels (ordered according to price with the cheapest listed first).
Please note that for each hotel there are differential deadlines for booking of rooms and also that number of reserved rooms for a particular hotel is limited.
Also note that we have two airports close to Aarhus that you may arrive to : Aarhus Airport, Tirstrup (AAR) andBillund airport (BLL). Airport busses from the two airports have differential rutes and stops in Aarhus City.
City Sleep-In is a hostel conveniently located downtown Aarhus 1 km from the main train station (where the Aarhus airport bus (AAR) also arrives); it is easy to get to the conference site at the Computer Science Department of Aarhus University with bus no. 7. City Sleep-In is generally a meeting place for backpackers and budget minded travellers but the rooms we have reserved all have private bathroom.

480,- DKR (~64 EUR or ~80$) per room.
65,-DKR (~8,5 EUR or ~11$) per breakfast per day per person.
50,- DKR (~6.5 EUR or ~8,5$) for sheet, pillow and blanket rental per stay.

Aarhus University Guesthouse is situated within walking distance
(2 km) to the conference site at the Computer Science Department of Aarhus University as well as within walking distance to down town Aarhus (2.5 km). The Aarhus airport bus (AAR) stops 500 m and city bus no. 7 200 m from the Guesthouse. The Guesthouse is exclusively used by short term visitors to Aarhus University. The rooms have access to shared bathroom, kitchen and living room facilities.

There is a bakery that opens at 6 am 300 m away.

Hotel Atletion located close to Marselisborg forest and beach in the south part of Aarhus. You will have to walk 800m to take bus no. 8 that takes you within 500 m of the conference site at the Computer Science Department of Aarhus University (distance 5 km). Down town Aarhus is 2,5 km away. We do not really have any experience with Hotel Atletion but we know that it is a newly renovated smaller hotel mainly directing towards Danish athletes.
