Wendy Mackay, Honorary doctor at AU

In connection with the annual celebration, Aarhus University will confer four honorary doctorates on researchers from other institutions with whom the university enjoys particularly close and valued working relationships. These working relationships include research, teaching and professional networks, and contribute to establishing strong links between Aarhus University and cutting-edge international research.

This year, we are honoured to have Wendy E Mackay, Professor at INRIA/Université Paris-Sud, France, as one of the four honorary doctors.

To celebrate this, the research center PIT has organized a one-day programme with Wendy E Mackay and some of her collaborators: Michel Beaudouin-Lafon and Philip Tchernavskij. Furthermore, the Department of Computer Science has organized a Distinguished Lecture talk:
