I am an Associate Professor at the Department of Computer Science and the director of the Bioinformatics Research Center (BiRC) at the Faculty of Science, Aarhus University. I am also affiliated to the Center for Membrane Pumps in Cells and Disease (PUMPKIN). My office is at the Bioinformatics Research Center in building 1110.

My main research interest is algorithmic aspects of bioinformatics and computational molecular biology. Take a look at my list of publications.
