The registration and all lectures take place at the Department of Computer Science, Ny Munkegade, University of Aarhus, 8000 Aarhus C. Talks June 26 take place in Aud E, otherwise in G1. Signs will be posted.
Non-local participants will all be accommodated at the Get-In Bed & Breakfast, Jens Baggesensvej 43, 8200 Aarhus N in single or double rooms as you requested. Breakfast is served. If you check the map of Aarhus on the Travel and Tourist Information page, Get-In is situated in the upper lefthand corner to the right of Storcenter Nord Shopping Center. The Summer School is 10 min. walk away.
If you come into town by the airport bus from Aarhus Airport, ask the driver to drop you off at the University stop which is right where the Nordre Ringgade is marked at the top of the map of Aarhus. Walk towards the Student's House. If you want to go to the Computer Science dept., turn left at the State Library. If you want to go to Get-In, continue and turn right at the little street (Helsingforsgade) going towards Bowling Nord. Take the first left, and Get-In is on your right hand side.
From downtown to Get-In: Bus 7, direction Charlottehoej, leaves from opposite the Train Station, in front of Burger King. Get off at Vanggaard Centret, walk 200 m to the right along Jens Baggesens Vej.
From downtown to the Summer School: Bus 7, direction Charlottehoej, leaves from opposite the Train Station, in front of Burger King. Get off at Kaserne Boulevarden. Alternatively, Bus 4, direction Frydenlund, leaves from Park Allé, opposite the Town Hall. Get off at Fynsgade.
We have pre-filled Section I - Contract Information - so you need not enter this information.
The participants are invited to complete the questionnaire, in order to help the EC in monitoring the impact of the High-Level Scientific activity as well as to provide feedback to the event organisers. The questionnaires are not anonymous to the EC, but will be kept in strict confidence. For this reason all public available monitoring documents, including feedback to event organisers, will be dominantly of statistical nature.
