Links in non-XLink elements

Linking elements can be mixed into non-XLink elements.

As an alternative to writing

  <xlink:extended ...> ... </xlink:extended>

one can write

  <foo xlink:type="extended" ...> ... </foo>

(where foo is some non-XLink element)

- similarly for other XLink elements: locator, arc, resource, title, simple
