Centers and projects

Center for research in Foundations of Electronic Markets (CFEM)

CFEM is a research center committed to combining and advancing state-of-the-art of Computer Science and Economics. More specifically, we deal with cryptography, algorithmic, complexity, game theory and mechanism design. Our results will be used to design, analyze and implement new efficient and secure solutions for any type of electronic trading. This includes auctions, procurement, market regulation, cost allocation and new emerging types of markets on the Internet.

Center for the Theory of Interactive Computation (CTIC)

CTIC is a Sino-Danish research center funded by the Danish National Research Foundation and by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NFSC). The center is a tight collaboration between the Computer Science Department at Aarhus University, Denmark and IIIS, Tsinghua University, Beijing, China. Research within the center focuses on four related areas of theoretical computer science: Cryptography, Computational Complexity Theory, Quantum Informatics and Algorithmic Game Theory
