Aarhus University has for some time had a projectgroup working on selecting a new common CMS for the entire university. Quite a few companys and solutions have been examined and in the end the field was narrowed down to the two CMS'es Typo3 and Sitecore. But today it was officially announced that Typo3 was chosen.

The company Linkfactory has been selected to conduct a preproject, the goal of which is to develop methods for importing websites from the current CMS, Site In A Box (SiAB) into Typo3.

The current schedule is that there will be pilot conversions made in the later part of November and au.dk will be converted in December this year.
