Information for students at Computer Science
Before you begin your education it is important that you think about how you would like to specialize during the two years of study. And that you show up prepared at the "introduction day".
It is also important that you try to get an overview of what is expected of you by looking at all the information on these pages.
Here is an overview to get a good start:

1: Before starting: preparation for the introduction day
Make your own study plan by looking at the study structure and the courses you can choose from

2: Attend the introduction day in August/January where you will choose your first courses

3: Just after the introduction: Sign up for courses at "Self Service" (mit.au.dk)

4: Attend the lectures which will start just after the introduction day - the following week!
Attend even if you had problems signing up - just let the teacher know (and contact Louise!)

7: Get familiar with the central student information at the different locations

Then you must be aware, that it is extremely important to begin your research at an early time - and there is an important deadline every year: January 15! Read more at Aarhus University International Centre who will help you plan your studies. Or contact the local coordinator at Computer Science.

10: Prepare for your Master's Thesis in advance
This is not important in the beginning of your studies - but it is something you need to be aware of early in your studies so you will be well prepared and have a chance to find a good project.
