Here you will find the different activities for PhD students at Computer Science, as well as a couple of links of genereal interest.

Juniorklubben is the social club for PhD students at Computer Science, which consists of all PhD students at Computer Science Information Sciences and some of the PhD students in Media Science. Its main purpose is that PhD students get to know each other better,  achieved mainly through the events organized.

Every Friday you have the opportunity to meet some of the other students and employees under more informal circumstances - for instance for a beer or soda and a conversation. The department has its own famous Friday Bar, which is open year round: 

• Datalogisk Fredagscafé is the place to end your week. Here, you can meet your fellow collegues, have a drink in a relaxed environment and loosen up after a hard week's work.

Another place to go if you want to socialize outside the department might be Tågekammerat, which is a social organisation under the Faculty of Science:

Århus has a very lively and outgoing student vibe, and if you are interested in going to concerts and other different activities, as well as meeting a lot of other foreign and Danish students, Studenterhus Århus (Aarhus Student House) is definitely the place for you.
